Cashier

Key Responsibilities • Accurately handle all customer payments (cash, card, and digital transactions) and issue correct receipts. • Prepare, issue, and verify professional invoices against purchase orders or goods received notes. • Reconcile cash drawers daily and manage petty cash records with high accuracy. • Maintain up-to-date transaction ledgers and assist in generating daily or weekly financial reports. • Maintain a polite, professional, and helpful demeanor in all client and team interactions. Candidate Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar invoicing or cashiering role. • Proven experience working specifically within a supermarket or banking environment. • Practical experience with Tally accounting software is an added advantage • Proven proficiency in Microsoft packages eg. Excel Master (i.e proficient in advanced spreadsheet management, formulas, and data analysis).
