Heavy Truck Driver

Key Responsibilities: • Long-Haul Operation: Safely operate HOWO and FAW trucks on international routes, specifically transit trips to the DRC. • Cargo Integrity: Ensure all goods are securely loaded, transported, and delivered without damage or loss. • Cross-Border Logistics: Manage and maintain all necessary transit permits and customs documentation at border crossings. • Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and perform basic troubleshooting to ensure the vehicle remains in top condition. • Compliance: Adhere to all international road safety regulations, speed limits, and company policies regarding rest stops and fuel management. Required Qualifications & Documentation • Valid Class E License. • Academic background in HGV (Heavy Goods Vehicle), PSV (Public Service Vehicle), and GDP (Good Driving Practice). • Valid National Identification (NIDA) and a valid International Passport. • Valid TIN number and NSSF registration. • A recent Police Clearance Certificate and a Driving License Verification Certificate.
