Your Profile • Sense of method and organization • Strong sense of organization, planning, and attention to detail • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in marketing tools, digital platforms, and office automation systems • Solid experience in marketing campaign management, brand positioning, and customer engagement strategies • Comprehensive knowledge of market research, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis • Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns and projects • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining creativity and effectiveness • Strong initiative and decision-making capabilities • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Fluency in English (French is an added advantage) Your challenges • Understand strategic recommendations, take charge of the major stages of the communication policy envisaged. • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth • Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and consistency across all platforms • Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities and improve marketing performance • Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals • Track marketing KPIs, measure campaign effectiveness, and implement data-driven improvements • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources • Identify risks and opportunities within the market and adjust strategies accordingly • Prepare and present marketing performance reports to senior management • Lead, mentor, and motivate the marketing team to achieve targets and uphold brand standards If this description fits you, grow with us.
