Lead incident management to ensure MTTR and SLA assurance for the region, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Ensure QC checks are carried out on completed maintenance and installation work, and act on systemic quality findings. For regions outside Dar es Salaam: take responsibility for wireless PtP and PtMP infrastructure. For regions outside Dar es Salaam: oversee subscriber Service Delivery operations (connection and support) In line with Service Delivery SLAs and standards. Manage contractors operating in the region and hold ‘them accountable to SLA and quality. Manage and develop the regional team (Access Network Team Leader / QC Technicians in Dar es. Salaam regions; Field Ops Technicians in upcountry regions), including on-call rotas.
